At the 2nd Israeli Beer Exhibition, pours clear brown with a medium head, aroma of roasted malt, light spices, flavor of hyssop, mint, malt, caramel and Artemisia, medium bodied.

Draught sample at Beers2012 expo in Tel Aviv. Pours reddish brown, bubbly, some foam, almost opaque. Roasty aroma and herbs, such as Sheeba (local wormwood). Muddy taste. Bittersweet, toasted. long finish, almost no carbonation, bitter finish.

Draught sample, small stable head. very hazy light brown colour, aroma of mint and wormwood, some coffee and candy in the back, strong flavour of wormwood, also some carraway, quite sour with a lightish body. An overall desert shrubiness feeling, very very original but also very difficult to drink.

Draught sample at "Beers 2012" exhibition in Tel Aviv. Murky brown with a small beige head. Aroma of spices, malt, licorice, caramel and some anise notes. Sweetish spicy flavor with malt, caramel, lots of strange spiciness (somewhat anise-like), some yeast and a dry finish. Medium-bodied. Unique, but pretty hard to drink.
