COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We are proud to announce the release of our newest on tap beer offering, the Amber Island Ale! The Amber Island is our assistant brewer Shaun’s first recipe, and is an interpretation of a German style Alt beer with a uniquely American twist! A smooth, malty, backbone is the hallmark of this beer, balanced with the delicate aroma of continental Noble hops (Spalt and Perle). In addition, this ale pours a lovely deep rust/amber color, compliments of the Pilsner and Munich malt bill. Deceptively smooth, the Amber Island weighs in at 6.8% ABV, and 42 IBUs, so it does pack quite a punch! So swing by the brewery and grab a glass for yourself, hope to see you here! Cheers -IBC
