COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Made with traditional cider apple cultivars. This is the same base as our dry Brut but we age it in toasted French oak for at least 3 months. The additional tannins from the oak adds depth and body with a slight drying quality on the palate. Round and robust.

Pours to a nice glowing light yellow amber body with no head. Radiant appearance. The aroma is delicate apples and minerals. Subtle oak. The flavor was quite nice and true to the desired Normandy cider style. Dry minerals with subtle apple components. Oak was barely there but contributes to a backbone in the cider. Easy drinking and dry with soft carbonation. Very well constructed.
