Cask@GBBF2007. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is eggy, vegetably and slightly fruity. Flavour is fruity hops, some yeast and slight vegetably hints. Pleasant in the flavour, but aroma was a bit unpleasant.

Bottle from Scottish Real Ale shop. Clear golden colour, white head. Nose is dry, fairly hoppy, citric and a bit of pine. Flavour is malty, bitter hopped, citric, bit of sourness. Quite bitter and dry finish. Medium bodied. Well hopped overall, giving it a good edge.

pale yellow w/ some dark tint, steady bubbles and frothy head nose is soft but has a good balance of malt and hops taste is much stronger bitter from start to finish. a little fizzy but pretty nice

Bottle from The Scottish Real Ale Shop. Soapy rustic malt aroma. Cloudy medium brown colour with a massive foamy head. Big strong roasted malt flavour with hint of caramel. Very lively but smooth. Some sediment.

Islay Brewery, Scotland. Bottled, 260708. Golden with little head. Aroma of malt and hints of yeast. Flavor of toffee and a palate of hop spices

Bottle conditioned, 50cl, from Westholme Stores, Goring-on-Thames, Oxon. Slightly hazy gold with some yeast clumps despite careful pouring; thin ring of white head; slightly spicy yeat aroma with some citrus; sweet malty flavour with some grapefruit; a sharp bitterness develops leaving a dry tart finish. Very drinkable.

500ml bottle from Moffat Woolen Mill. A tasty brew. Pale coloured with some foamy carbonation. Yeasty notes. English hop bitterness - lacking in fragrance, but with a healthy rough rasping edge. Citric notes, and a hint of sourness that never materialises. Faint chocolate notes. Good thirst quenching ale.

Light amber cloudy beer with a small white head. Grass and malt in the aroma. Dry and bitter with a graqssy finish.

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange/amber with a very light white head. Aroma is sweet malt, citrus, yeast, light floral hops. Flavor is firm hops, some breadiness, some grapefruit in the finish. Soft carbonation.

Bottle. Clear medium yellow amber color with a large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, yeast, moderate hoppy, grass, flowers, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light heavy bitter with a average duration, and a dry finish. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (301007)

Bottle. Brownish beer with a reasonable head. The aroma is lightly hopped and the flavour is very, very bitter and hopped. Over an average very dry beer.
