COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Regular. Also available bottle conditioned.
Ingredients: Pale and crystal malts, roasted barley; Goldings, Mount Hood and Fuggles hops.
Named after Black Rock, a local landmark, which lies close to the Brewery in Loch Indaal.

Yeasty aroma with whiskynotes. A little sourish. Sour flavor from citrus, grapefruit and hops. Quite watery finish.

Fruity. Good balance of malt vs. hops. There might be a hint of smoke in the aftertaste, but might be self suggestion knowing the whiskeys of this island...
