Light in body with an excessive carbonation. Some weird Brettish accents without any real sourness. A little fruit and caramel but no bitterness. Interesting. 311007 yespr (6943), Copenhagen O, Denmark Nov 11, 2007 50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with dense white head. Citric aroma, slight sweet. Flavour is dry, lemonish citric and acidic. Ends with a dry bitterness. oh6gdx (6343), Vaasa, Finland Aug 21, 2008 Cask@GBBF2008. Deep amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is fruity, flowery and wooden. Flavour is malty, slightly grassy as well as earthy. Wellbalanced, but not very much surprises.
