Cask @ GBBF 2005: Golden coloured. Hazy. Off white head. Fruity and herbal beer.. Is quite hoppy and has a clean and crisp finish. Light to medium bitter. Quite refreshing.

UPDATED: MAR 31, 2011 Bottle at Port Ellen Whisky bar. a bit hazy and pale colour. white head. Great hops on aroma and flavour. Dont know if is the surroundings that make this beer seems so damn good. Quite sour and deliciously hoppy. some yeast flakes in the bottle.. once the yeast poured in glass taste softens.

Unclear golden of color with a white head. An aroma of apricot, sour notes, dusty, bitter apples and horseback. A flavor of dust and old clothes.

Aroma of muscat, honey, rich malt, lemon. Very sour flavor, almost lambic. Lots of citrus, dry, tasty. Interesting, but not sure if it is supposed to be THIS sour.

Bottle from Scottish Real Ale shop. Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma is slightly fruity and spicy. Flavour is malty, dry, some citrus, a bit of rubber. Slightly bitter and fairly dry finish.

Bottle. Golden yellow colour with a white head. Refreshing, citrus, fruit. Light body. Easy drinking.

Bottle picked up from Westholme, Londis, Goring-on-Thames, Oxon, had this 11-05-08 Hazy golden pour with a nice white head that didn’t stick around for long. Some small yeast clods settling on the bottom of my glass, some mild carbonation, nice fizzy soft lemon with yeast and a good hoppy sting not so bad at all.

Bottle conditioned, 50cl, from Westholme Stores, Goring-on-Thames, Oxon. Slightly hazy gold with a thick white head; fruity aromatic aroma with a touch of spice; apricot and lemon flavours with a touch of sourness, and a green herbal hop finish, more dry than bitter. Very nice.

Spicy aroma. Grapefruit and a bit of rubber and some smokiness in the far background. Apples. Interresting and unusual taste overall.
