Cask (gravity dispense) at Pigs Ear Beer Festival, 2 December 2009. Dark brown colour. Not much condition. Some caramel malt on the nose and palate. Also some slightly sharp fruit. Fairly low hop presence and restrained bitterness. Quite soft and easy-drinking. Has more of an "autumnal" than "winter warmer" feel to it. OK.
