The aroma is all about milk chocolate and caramel. Maybe a touch of balsamic vinegar. The flavor matches the aroma sans the vinegar. Fairly well-balanced. Medium-bodied with an oily mouthfeel. Some malts in the aroma. Slightly bitter. Hoppy in the mouth with plenty of sweet berry fruit and a slightly dry, grassy end. Rather nice.
