Pours a hazy amber with a small tan head. Nice lacing. Nose is mostly of bread, with some very slight fruit notes. Flavor is complex with notes of wood, bread, berries and hops. Finish is mildly bitter and hoppy and lasts a medium length of time.

Århus2008. 50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a lacing white head. Light malty and towards spiced aroma. Fruity and berry flavour with a light acidic touch and a mild bitterness. Dry and bitter finish.

500 ml. bottle as Wee Beast. Wild brew. Unpasteurized? Aromas of fruit, malt and wood. Very pleasant. Hazy reddish amber color with a decent beige head. Medium bodied with creamy carbonation. First taste hinted of wasabe. Weird on my part. It is darkish fruit, darkish sugar, and an underlying horseradish note - very faint, but I insist it’s there. Finishes fairly dry. Enough bitter to make a statement. Still, it’s the complexity of flavor that makes this beer excellent.

Isle of Skye Wee Beast label. Sweet caramel toasted malts, brown sugar, dark rum, fruit (orange–citrus, raisin), and leafy–herbal hops. Smokey tabacco–oak notes. A tasty Scottish brew!

Bottle. Pours a deep amber with a thick tan head. Peat smoke, chocolate, and an earthy citrus hop aroma. Light to medium body malt with a nice citrus tang. Further into the glass, Hint of peat stop to pop out also. Finishes with a nice hint of citrus. Didn’t expect this to be so fruity, would be a great beer to serve on cask. Very nice.
