Cask & Filtered Bottle, Occasional;
This is another celebratory ale - to commemorate the 1,000th Skye brew in 2005 - that is now availabel in the seasonal range. It is a well-balanced refreshing ale, full-bodied at 5.5%, with a distinctive fruity aftertaste.

This is a golden, beautiful beer with a huge head and good lace. The flavour has a wonderful note of roasted malt and caramel and a basket full of light fruits and flowers. The finish is slightly bitter. What a delicious beer!!
