Cornfield (4254), Oak Lawn, Illinois, USA May 9, 2008 Pours a somewhat hazy straw colored body with a creamy white head. It has an aroma of wheat and lemon. Quite excitingly, it has a flavor of wheat and lemon, maybe with a little zest. Lightly tart finish. Mostly harmless.

A very small white ring for a head. Aroma of citrus, wheat, grass, and a little hops. Taste of orange, citrus, grass, and some hops. This light bodied brew also has a sharp dryness on the back end. Appearance -- Cloudy, Golden, mild head.
Flavor -- Strong Citrus, Grass, Hops.
Palate -- Sharp Mouth feel, good texture, bland finish.

Nose of light malts and light citrus. Mouthfeel was light and smooth. Flavor of light malt and some more citrus. Bland and dry finish. Quite easy to drink.
