On tap at the Rogue Ales Public House in SF. Menu board claims that this is in the XS series. Slightly cloudy dark gold. A serious white head of great staying power. Mild estery bubble gum aroma. Fairly thick palate. The sweetness is huge, but it has a malty, not candy sweetness. Has a quick finish without the pacman tartness. Nicely medicinal at the end.

The motherfucking cork is a bitch to get off. This shit pours like apple juice and the head is like an apple juice head. Mahfucker smells like perfume and apple cider. Flavor has some peach and perfume and apple cider. This beer is pretty good and I drink it again.

A golden colored beer with a large head. A lemon and perfume aroma. The flavor is somewhat sour with more lemons and some vanilla notes. The mouthfeel is rather creamy. Tripels just dont start my dog I guess.

Pours a clear, golden bronze with a nicely-lacing white head. Aroma of bready Belgian yeast and some sweet pale maltiness and coriander. Starts lightly pale malty and sweet with a nice balance of coriander spice and black peppery yeast. Exhibits pretty good balance and authenticity. A nice abbey tripel.
