3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
RnH: pours golden, very thin head ring. The nose is mild.... florals, esters, slight pine. The taste is certainly complex: fruits, sugars and malts, esters and slight bitters... however not entirely balanced and in no way a stand out brew for the style.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Very good. Had a glass from the tap at Rattle n Hum. Poured a rich, clear golden hue with a fine white head. Strong aroma of fruits and yeast. Flavor was sweet, with some nice, slight hops and notes of caramel and honey. Warming mouthfeel and a smooth finish.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle:Light hazy golden with a white thin ring of head. Decent dryish biscuity pale malt notes in the aroma with a sweet presence of honeyish maltose and soft herbal notes. Rounded carbonation- a typically sweet American interpretation of a Belgian tripel. Some honeyish sweetness and vanilla suggestions with only a hint of herbal notes on the back. Should use less all-grains more and full fermentables.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draught at Rogue Ales and Public House, Portland.
Yeasty wheat aroma; a bit fruity. Very sweet and very alcoholic up front, then with a wildly bitter hop and alcohol finish. A bit too cloying, but then the hammer falls. Interesting interpretation of a tripel, though could be better assembled.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bought a 750 bottle of this when we visited Newport in May. Hazy orange pour....minimal head. Sweet spicey malt nose. Really enjoyed the flavor...a little hot but the spice was quite good...great tripel interpretation.....I was quite surprised! Going to buy this one again.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
This was a draft poiut at the Rogue Public house in Portland, Oregon. Ths came a hazy orange color with an off-white head and good sticky lacings rings. The nose is dominated by apple, pear, yeast, and spices. Mouthfeel is lively but clean on the palate. Flavor starts out sweet but it to a tartness that shows the fruit flavors. Finish shows lots of fruit flavors as well. The alcohol in this is well hidden.
