In short: A dirty muddy yeasty mess with overripe fruits. Problematic.
How: Tap at brewpub
The look: Ugly cloudy dirty dark orange body topped by a small beige head
In long: The light aroma shows a yeasty character with some ripe overripe fruits. Taste is very yeasty, dirty caramel, a wet cereals sensation, extra-ripe citrus, doughy. This is far from a crisp clean beer. This feels like a muddy yeasty dirty mess. Italian Oasis is not a great brewpub but they can do better, the stout was quite drinkable, but the Cannon is not their big gun.

My Bottom Line:
Caramel sweetness provides a plump body for this muddled Amber Ale, as herbal, earthy hops offer a bit more bitterness than their Moore Dam has.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A ring of foam tops the murky amber.
-The flavor profile, like all beers I had there that day, was a tad chaotic.
-Carbonation was smooth, but the dextrins took too much room, ultimately hindering drinkability.
-Malts do not offer a lot of different flavors.

On tap at the brewpub.

Pours a hazy amber with a white head. Smells and tastes caramely with a citrusy finish and some earthiness as the beer warms.
