| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jun 29, 2009 My Bottom Line:
Citrusy hops are balanced out by lightly caramelized cereal sweetness before timid wooden hop bitterness clinches this somewhat limp Pale Ale.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A ring of foam circles the muddled amber.
-The aroma is too feeble to be enticing.
-Carbonation is quite soft and the mouthfeel is not crisp enough for the beer’s purposes.
-This is still quite drinkable, but some improvement in the mouthfeel territory and more flavor clarity would help greatly (in my tastes).
