Cask @ GBBF 2005: Golden coloured. Clear. Ripe fruit in the nose. A bit to ripe!!!. Vague herbs and some sweet fruitiness. Is thin bodied and watery. Ends on a light bitter note.

Pours clear amber colour with no head. Aroma of mild fruits, malts, grass, some berries and grain. Flavour of fruits, malts, dry hay and some vegetable notes. Quite straightforward and bland.

Aroma has goldings hops with lots of toffee. Flavour is dry with goldings and toffee. Way too much goldings here.

Cask at the nags head reading bright gold in colour and has a hoppy fruity aroma and has a light fruity taste a nice session beer.

Cask at JDW Tyburn. Pours golden yellow. Nose is braedy, lightly fragrant floral, and light toffee malt. Taste is lemon, light/medium bodied, texture is touch of oil and very well balanced session beer.

Cask@JDW Sir John Oldcastle, London. Golden colour, small creamy white head. Aroma is wood, fruits, mild toast and some slight nutty notes. Flavour is quite similar with a quite bitter finish.

Cask at the Tyburn, JDW. Pours a rich, clear amber with a foamy, white head. Fruity, sweet and bready aroma. Flavor is lightly sweet with some sour malts, orange, lemon and earth bitters. Light to medium in body with fine carbonation. Some juices in the finish, along with crackers and toast, plus some citric, earthen hops. Average or so.

Clear medium to dark yellow orange color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, dusty, light moderate hoppy, leather. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20101016]
