Cask 7 Bottle Conditioned; Regular.
Golden in colour and hoppy in taste, brewed using four varieties of hop and a blend of the finest Maris Otter and Crystal malts for colour and flavour.

Cask (Standing Order JDW, Southampton) - Copper coloured. Fruity aroma with hints of raisins and caramel. Fruity and bitter taste with more notes of raisins, caramel and some hoppy hints.

Pours clear amber colour with no head. Aroma of mild fruits, malts, grass, some berries and grain. Flavour of fruits, malts, dry hay and some vegetable notes. Quite straightforward and bland.

Cask at the Tyburn, JDW. Pours a rich, clear amber with a foamy, white head. Fruity, sweet and bready aroma. Flavor is lightly sweet with some sour malts, orange, lemon and earth bitters. Light to medium in body with fine carbonation. Some juices in the finish, along with crackers and toast, plus some citric, earthen hops. Average or so.

Clear medium to dark yellow orange color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, dusty, light moderate hoppy, leather. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20101016]
