A Mes rate: Cask at Victoria Station ’Spoons. Popped in for a swift one on our way down to Planet Thanet and this made it well worth doing so. Hoppy and slight malt in the aroma. Copper coloured with a decent creamy head. Malt, hops, cream, spice, treacle and coffee in what is a well balanced and resonably complex flavour. Bitter hop finish with lemon and just a lick of alcohol. Good stuff.
