| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Aug 21, 2007 Rated while drinking: Pale yellow body with a fluffy white head. Whole-heartedly reeks of apricots. Makes my eyes cross. But it’s quite fragrant. Flavor is identical to the aroma. Apricots, apricots, apricots. It’s like a smoothie. Something weird going on behind the apricots though. It’s not wheat... Not sure. One-dimensional beer and even though the ratings say it, Ithaca’s less than stellar beer offering. When I get variety packs, this beer I hand out to whoever wants. If they made a fruit beer with something different, it might be better. But the apricots gag me. Too much. hopscotch (5474), Vero Beach, Florida, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Aug 6, 2007 Bottle… Mostly clear, golden ale with a small, fizzy, white head. Lots of apricot and pale grain in the aroma. The fruity, buttery flavor tips toward the sweet side of balance. Light to medium-bodied with a skim-milk mouthfeel and moderate carbonation. More sweet apricot and buttery diacetyl in the lengthy finish. Spent grain taste at the very end. Cheers to growler for splitting his bottle with me! emtpjimd (2), USA does not count | 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 19/20 | Aug 2, 2007 Surprised by this; didn’t care for many apricot wheats before. Good aroma; taste is great; had both bottle and tap. Very smooth and creamy, like the old Celis White had been. Leaves you wanting a lot more. jredmond (1029), New Jersey, USA

| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Jul 30, 2007 Updated: Oct 2, 2007From a summer variety pack that was filled just last month. Straw colored, clear, with a head that doesn’t last. Smells and tastes like apricot. Not too sweet or too strong, but doesn’t seem to have other elements to it. Also is too light-bodied. A little too much CO2 brings a slightly acidic taste.
