emerica56 (575), Bristol, Rhode Island, USA May 6, 2007 This beer pours a clear orange color with no head at all. There is a strong smell of apricot that you pick up the instant you pour it. As you drink it there is not much of a flavor it is very bland. It is mildly sweet and kind of tart mostly from the fruits. JAF737300 (791), Tampa, Florida, USA May 6, 2007 This beer has a bit of a sweet syrup aprocot aroma but when it hits the mouthfeel it turns around nicely....the finish get a bit disjointed. The moouthfeel is not bad and overall I was hoping for more. jason (1620), Easton, Pennsylvania, USA Apr 28, 2007 Bottle. Thanks to TomDecapolis. Poured a pale golden body with nice head. Aroma is of ripe apricot, grainy. Flavor is somewhat off flavor of apricots, grains, wheat. This one really did not please me, but the apricots almost made this decent. Not the beer for me. TomDecapolis (3130), Skippack, Pennsylvania, USA Apr 24, 2007 Pours a a lightly hazy golden yellow with a medium creamy white head and left some spotty lacing. Aroma of apricot jam, some wheat and cereal grains. Flavor of fresh apricots, Cheerios, just some very light hop flavor and just a touch of bitterness. Apricot aroma and flavor came across as natural. Freshing beer and as a fan of Apricot as a fruit I kind of enjoyed this one. Maybe it’s the warm spring evening talking...but 3.2 for a fruit based wheat beer rates on the high side for me. But I’m enjoying it. BREWMUSKCLES (1062), New Jersey, USA Apr 14, 2007 knew it was a mistake...but wasn’t. the aroma on my bottle (dated march) was really good! apricot and authentic. although that’s fairly easy as apricot pairs well in beer. i like the taste, and it fades nicely. the carbonation is low but it works well. i can’t find where to drop it down to a 2.9 so i won’t! Drink4Satan (585), Bristol, Rhode Island, USA Apr 2, 2007 Pours a slightly hazy copper with mostly diminishing white head that fades to a spotty film. Smells like a womens hair-care product that was meant to smell as authenticly fruity as possible. Tastes like carbonated pedialite. I feel silly drinking it. The appricot comes through much more in the aftertaste than the intial taste, but fades quickly because of it’s thin and watery. I could see myself drinking this on a hot day doing yard-work, but certainly not for my own enjoyment in the comfort of an air-conditioned house. A little weak. Alldaydrinker (557), Norwood, Massachusetts, USA Mar 29, 2007 Pours an extremely light color gold colour with little head. First thing that comes to nose the very nice smell of the apricots. Apricots are very hint on the palate and somewhat disappointing. AskForJenny (627), Ontario, New York, USA Mar 12, 2007 12oz - The label summarizes exactly what you’ll find here. Apricots on nose, apricots on palate, with wheat sharpness scattered throughout. A hit with the ladies.
