Commercial Description:
An easy-drinking wheat beer is light in color and body...perfect for the warmer weather. In crafting this fine ale, we add many pounds of real apricot fruit to create a "secondary fermentation." This creates a gentle wheat beer with just a hint of apricot flavor in the finish. A very drinkable, mildly fruity ale.

Bottle from Belmont Party. Poured a clear orange color with a moderate frothy white head that mostly lasted with fair lacing. Medium sweet fruity wheat aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and lively carbonation. Medium sweet fruity flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Soft fruity summer session beer.

Pours a golden color with a white head. Aroma is of apricot, wheat, and not much else. Flavor is similar. Pretty sweet on the finish of this one from the apricots. Not really that good.

bottle at the deli at a meet the brewers event. the beer pours a gold color with a white head. the aroma is of wheat and fruit. Taste is sour at first ut the finish is bitter and not that good hoppy bitter just a bitter taste. I was very excited to taste this beer and it let me down.

12oz bottle-pours a big off white head and hazy yellow color. Aroma is lemon, OK some apricot, bready. Taste – I want to say sour/tart fruit, but over taken by BAD. Yeast, metallic/spice hops. Taste is thin but mouth feel has some syrupy. Thanks jwc215 for picking this up. Will try to do this again.

On tap at the Ginger Man: A very pale and light beer with a truly fantastic head. Very sweet aromas, so sweet, a little like cake, it is adorable. Like a baby. A little more savoury in the mouth with good light cereals. Not much there to begin with but it leaves the cutest pink flavours rolling around. Such a sweet wee beer.

2009 Bottle - Thanks beerbill! - Pours cloudy dk yellow with a massive creme head...aroma is sweet apricot, with more apricot, and a bit of biscuit...flavour is, I don’t know yet, still waiting for the head to subside...there it goes, flavour is fruity malt, lemony and pineapple, doughy grain, nicely citric on the end and never really tastes artificial, I found this enjoyable...

On tap. Pours a cloudy, light orange with with a thin, white cap that offers little lacing. Nose is apricot, peaches, lychee, sourdough bread, lemongrass. Taste is sour and sweet peaches and apricots but finishes with bready malt rather than with acidic fruit. Not bad. A better than average fruit beer.

Holy crap, I haven’t rated a beer in over a year and a half. Pathetic. Anyway, nose of apricot, taste of sweet apricot. Somewhat refreshing finish. Would be better if I liked apricots more, but thats my bias.
