COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An easy-drinking wheat beer is light in color and body...perfect for the warmer weather. In crafting this fine ale, we add many pounds of real apricot fruit to create a "secondary fermentation." This creates a gentle wheat beer with just a hint of apricot flavor in the finish. A very drinkable, mildly fruity ale.

Whiff of apricot on the nose. Palate is dominated by apricot. Nothing fantastic but pretty innocuous, not overly cloying as many fruit beers can be.

draft, poured clear orange color with a white head. Not hazy as a wheat. Aroma of yeast and a good apricot. Flavor was apricot, lemon pledge, light spice and yeast notes. Definitely watery. Not for me.

Nearly clear pale amber with a small head that soon disappears, no lace. The taste is wheat malt with a quick addition of light bittering. In the finish, sour notes appear, lending this a feel of one of the lemonade beers; apricot is hard to discern. Watery, a little disappointing, low on the list of fruit beers.

Bottle. Pours a lightly hazy pale gold with thin white head and very little lace. Nose of wheat, apricot extract, yeast. Medium body, fake apricot flavor, buttered pretzels.

On tap. Pours a hazy golden yellow color with a finger of white head. Aroma of mainly sweet apricots and wheat. Taste is much the same. Strong apricot flavor and some wheat. Nice summer beer

Bottle. Apricot, butter, and wheat malt aroma. Medium yellow with moderate head. Mildly sweet apricot, wheat malt and old butter flavor. Probably would have been really good without the diacetyl issue.

12 fluid ounce bottle. Pours a clear pale gold with a thin white head. The nose has obvious fruity notes up front, an apricot aroma that is slightly perfumy, and some apple notes with some light malt that peaks through. Light bodied but flavourful, the taste is a good reflection of the nose. Apricot, apple notes, light yeast, and the pleasant addition of the wheat in the finish with some light hops. Ive been doing yard work in 90 degree weather all day. This is exactly what I wanted. I would totally buy this again. A great summer beer.

Wonderful, light wheat beer with a pleasant apricot aroma. I had this on tap and could definitely taste the apricot. Perfect for summer and better than the Shandong types.

Hazy yellow-gold with a thick, off-white head. Aroma is strong apricot. Taste is wheat, but the apricot is waaay watered out. Tasty, but really thin and watery. A pity, because the aroma really amazed me.
