COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An easy-drinking wheat beer is light in color and body...perfect for the warmer weather. In crafting this fine ale, we add many pounds of real apricot fruit to create a "secondary fermentation." This creates a gentle wheat beer with just a hint of apricot flavor in the finish. A very drinkable, mildly fruity ale.

Aroma of apricots. Taste of apricots. On top of a wheat beer. Very smooth and sweet. Refreshing summer beer with nice carbonation probably best drunk cold and quick.

Had at Rohrbach’s summer beer fest. Well it tasted and smelled like apricots! Very light and good for a summer day!

On tap at MacGregors in henrietta. Golden color with no head. Aroma is all apricot. Sweet. Very easy to drink. Refreshing. Apricot flavor seems too strong to be real.

Very Creamy, fruity beer, with a strong vanilla aftertaste. Very refreshing, lightly carbed and nice lace finish.

Overwhelming apricot flavor. Probably best drank ice cold, as it warmed it exposed nothing. Not bad, but far from special.

Light beer with light flavor with the odd apricot aftertaste. I would drink this on a really, really hot day.

On tap at Cole’s in Buffalo. Clear unappealing orange/ light amber color with a medium white, dissapating head. Actually had a nice apricot, wheaty aroma. Thin body. Tangy, peachy flavor. Nice beer to try but nothing exceptional.

Apricot nose, clear yellow body with rising carbonation, small white head. Some apricot, and little else, in the flavor. A little bit of wheatiness in the finish. Not much bitterness. Pretty bland stuff.

Cloudy yellow straw color with small head. Good apricot aroma but thats where the goodness ends. Flavor is very tart and somewhat acidic. Mild wheat flavor upfront but countered by the strong acidic and dry finish. Spritzy and slightly harsh finish.
