COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An easy-drinking wheat beer is light in color and body...perfect for the warmer weather. In crafting this fine ale, we add many pounds of real apricot fruit to create a "secondary fermentation." This creates a gentle wheat beer with just a hint of apricot flavor in the finish. A very drinkable, mildly fruity ale.

Pour golden with no head which is appropriate since this is a dickless beer. Has slight undifferentiated fruit notes on the nose. Tastes like slightly malted soda and the finish is pure water. Bleh!

12 oz. bottle. Poured hazy golden hue with scant head. Nose of a bouquet of flowers. Flavor of peaches, apples, and apricots. Crisp and refreshing. Good summer beer.

Aroma: bread, hay, floral, citrus, herbs, earthy, banana, subtle apricot notes Appearence: golden, orange, hazy, white foam, frothy, Taste: medium sweetness, lightly bitter, apricot is a subtle accent. Palate: light body, lively, long/clean finish, Overall: An easy drinking beer. The first one may seem a bit sweet but the more you become accusstomed to the apricot it is only a subtle sweetness. Like this one!

Bottle. Bright orange, yellow color. Smells of grapefruit, hops and bread. Taste is fruity like nectarines. More like a really swett wheat beer then a fruit. Good summer beer. Not bad

Draft. Pours hazy yellow in color with a pure white head. The aroma is light with just of touch of fruit. Tasting, it is for the most part a clean refreshing wheat beer with a touch of the apricot in the finish. Real easy drinking.

A - Pours a fairly clear orange-copper color with a finger of fizzy white head. The head fades fairly quickly down to a super thin ring leaving behind little lacing. S - Aroma if full of sweet apricots and other fruits. There is just a touch of bread and yeast behind the dominating fruity aroma. T - Starts off full of apricot flavor and a touch of tartness. There is just a hint of grain behind it. Through the middle, some yeast flavor comes though just a touch with more sweet fruit esters. The finish is a mix of apricot flavor and a bit of wheat that lingers nicely. M - Light bodied with moderate tingling carbonation. Really smooth and crisp but a touch watery. The fruit sweetness is a touch tart, especially at the finish. D - Very drinkable. Overall very light and crisp. The beer could have used a bit more body to avoid the watery feeling. The apricot flavor is nice and strong and sweet, but overpowers the rest of the beer a bit.

Very clear burnt orange with a white head. Aroma is of heavy apricot and honey, just smells very sweet. Unfortunately the apricot seems like an extract but not too bad. Light bodied with light bitterness. Palate was a bit watery, reminded me of a light beer. With that said, the taste was good, apricots definitely apparent. Pretty simple beer, great deck beer.

Cloudy golden yellow with an average sized pale white head. Aroma is of artificial apricots and some wheat. Flavor is actually quite sour with sweet apricots in the finish. Extremely carbonated, not very well balanced, light bodied.

Aroma is intense with Apricot, which is not surprising. The color is a golden yellow with an active frothy head. The flavor starts very sweet from the malt and the apricot but then quickly turns a bit grainy in a good way with more of the sourness of the apricots coming through mixed with a subtle hop spiciness.
