Commercial Description:
An easy-drinking wheat beer is light in color and body...perfect for the warmer weather. In crafting this fine ale, we add many pounds of real apricot fruit to create a "secondary fermentation." This creates a gentle wheat beer with just a hint of apricot flavor in the finish. A very drinkable, mildly fruity ale.

Pours a sort of fizzy champagne color with no head. Smells more like peaches than apricot. Taste is a nice fizzy light apricot flavor with a mild wheat lemon flavor. A very nice apricot brew.

Delicious aroma and flavor of apricots, without that awful aftertaste some wheat beers tack on. The guy at the bottle shop said that this was the best apricot wheat he had tried, so we took him for it and it’s one of the better ones I’ve had.

Delicious aroma and flavor of apricots. Wonderful for a refreshing pick-me-up. The guy at the bottle shop said that this was the best apricot wheat he had tried (which has been a lot, for what there is), and I would say I can definitely believe that.

Perfect fruit beer for hot summer weather. The taste of apricots is really low key but enough so you notice it. The wheat not so much, but it is a very smooth easy to drink beer. I may be a bit biased since I had one on tap that was ice cold after I had been working outside all day, but I had no hesitation going back for another.

the aroma is quite pleasant but it’s all down hill from there. Horible poue - no head at all. looks like cider - no carbonation what so ever. weak flavor, weak alcohol and weaker finish. Apricot is present but weak. The other five from this six pack will be in the fridge for a while.

I like the apricot in the nose and the aftertaste. However, the palate is extremely thin and very light on the flavor and body. The fruitiness disqualifies it from all day drinkability. Its lightness doesn’t make for a good sipper either. Not very good and way overpriced!

Bottle. nose is ripe apricots. Mouth is more mellow than the nose. Light body.. I didn’t notice too much wheat caracteristics. Easy drinking.

Bottle. Poured hazy orange with a thin white head. Smells mostly of apricot with some light spicy notes. Medium/thin and tangy mouthfeel. Taste is primarily apricot, a light spice and some doughy/bready/pastry notes. An easy drinking and enjoyable beer.
