COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An easy-drinking wheat beer is light in color and body...perfect for the warmer weather. In crafting this fine ale, we add many pounds of real apricot fruit to create a "secondary fermentation." This creates a gentle wheat beer with just a hint of apricot flavor in the finish. A very drinkable, mildly fruity ale.

on tap poured into a pint glass a: golden hue, nice foamy head with fair retention, lots of noticable carbonation s: pleasing smell, light wheat and citrus. nice apricot. t: a very sweet beer, the apricot def did not bring any fermentable sugars. Apricot dominates but is very pleasing and refreshing. m&d: light creamy mouth feel. Very drinkable beer, refreshing on a hot summer day.

Pale yellow color, like a cheap fizzy beer. Should be unfiltered and hazy to keep more flavor in. Medium apricot smell, mild through nose. Ok flavor, light palate. Overall, unique, but not that great.

Can't smell but assuming good apricot scent because of the strong apricot taste. Light beer ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

I tried this from the bottle. I was very excited after first pouring it, because the apricot smell was fantastic. However, the actual taste was pretty bland.

Poured from a Bottle, clear yellow a one finger foam. Smell is all apricot, taste is a light ale with not as much apricot as you would expect. Nice change of pace beer

I first tried this on tap and the apricot wheat flavor was very noticeable. Fairly decent taste. Then i went looking for bottle and tasted it and it was bland.....could be because i am getting into the darker beers and the ipa’s...but based on my last taste of this i wouldnt buy it again

On tap. Classic ’wheat beer’ look, hazy and golden. Not a whole lot of fruit in the nose, would like a little more. Could just be the keg, but seemed a bit flat with not a whole lot of mouthfeel. Thin and watery, not much head. Taste is pretty good, apricot does come through. Overall just OK - giving this a 3 because i’m guessing defects were in the serving, not the beer.

I like fruit beer so this was pleasant for me. A nice golden color with a apricot-y aroma. Very drinkable. Easy for summer.

Thanks to tom for this. Pours a hazy golden yellow with a small white ring that quickly disappears. Aroma is wheat and sweet apricots and honey. Taste is punchy apricot and bitterness. Definite wheat presence.

Bottle. Pours a clear straw yellow body with a one finger frothy white head that had decent retention. The nose is bursting with apricot aromas, makes me wonder if they used real fruit for this. Beyond the fruit there’s not much else. The flavor is pretty nice though, tastes pretty authentic, lots of apricot fruit with a light base of wheat ale. Finishes with some lingering apricot notes. Light bodied and lacking in a whole lot of sweetness thankfully. Overall it’s not bad, but pretty simplistic.
