Commercial Description:
An easy-drinking wheat beer is light in color and body...perfect for the warmer weather. In crafting this fine ale, we add many pounds of real apricot fruit to create a "secondary fermentation." This creates a gentle wheat beer with just a hint of apricot flavor in the finish. A very drinkable, mildly fruity ale.

Bottle… Mostly clear, golden ale with a small, fizzy, white head. Lots of apricot and pale grain in the aroma. The fruity, buttery flavor tips toward the sweet side of balance. Light to medium-bodied with a skim-milk mouthfeel and moderate carbonation. More sweet apricot and buttery diacetyl in the lengthy finish. Spent grain taste at the very end. Cheers to growler for splitting his bottle with me!

Pours a clear deep golden with a spotty-lacing froth of white head. Aroma of sweet sugary apricots and a touch of pale malt. Body starts effervescent and semi-sweet with an earthy, citric apricot flavor and finishes thinner, drier and slightly buttery. Needs a fuller, sweeter body.

12oz bottle-pours a big off white head and hazy yellow color. Aroma is lemon, OK some apricot, bready. Taste – I want to say sour/tart fruit, but over taken by BAD. Yeast, metallic/spice hops. Taste is thin but mouth feel has some syrupy. Thanks jwc215 for picking this up. Will try to do this again.

Draught sample at Delaneys. Pours gold with a white head. Smells buttery and of apricots. Tastes sweet and syruppy with some buttery fruit on the finish.
