Commercial Description:
An easy-drinking wheat beer is light in color and body...perfect for the warmer weather. In crafting this fine ale, we add many pounds of real apricot fruit to create a "secondary fermentation." This creates a gentle wheat beer with just a hint of apricot flavor in the finish. A very drinkable, mildly fruity ale.

I enjoyed this one. Highly drinkable with light carbonation. The apricot flavor goes really well with the wheat taste. Lacking complexity though. Wheaty and fruity taste with no hop character.

Bottle. Pours a light slightly hazy yellow with diminishing white head. Aroma is apricot juice, and not much else. Taste is much of the same. Fairly watery. Nothing offensive here, but nothing to make me want another one either.

Bottle: Golden colored pour with little white head. Sweet, apricot, grainy aroma. Sweet, sugary, bitter finish.

Pours an extremely light color gold colour with little head. First thing that comes to nose the very nice smell of the apricots. Apricots are very hint on the palate and somewhat disappointing.

Pours a sickly pale yellow - it’s about the most unattractive beer I’ve laid eyes on. Aroma is sweet and fruity, wheat undertones play a very small part in the aroma. Light and fizzy feel. Flavor is light and fruity. Not a whole lot of hops or malt in this one. Dry finish.

Poured from bottle 8/2008 (sampler 12 pack). Clear lager appearance. Thin white head persists. Smells just like dried apricot. Crisp, clean feel, apricot in aftertaste. Easy drinking, finished well. Surprisingly good.

Bottle. Pours a light golden color with a medium white head. Aroma of apricots and malt. Taste is semi sweet of apricot, light hops and wheat. Has a fruity clean finish. Simplly a nice, easy to drink brew.

Bottle. Light yellow, clear pour with virtually no head. Thin nose of apriocots, bread and other citrus. Really thin taste, though not too sweet which is the downfall of others in the style. Slight bitter finish.
