The flavor was sweet with apricot, cinnamon, and some citrus. Overall, not a bad drinker but wouldn’t recommend if something else is present. Jblauvs (644), Manchester, New Hampshire, USA

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Oct 21, 2009 12 oz bottle. Clear golden yellow with a small white head. Smelled of apricot and had some underlying aromas of wheat and malt. Flavor was mostly fruity and sweet with a faint hop bitterness. Light to medium body, actively carbonated and a sweet apricot finish. Not bad for the type of beer, not overly sweet but had a bit of a fake/extract fruit flavor. If you are looking for a fruity beer you may want to try others first, however I definitely wouldnt complain about having it again. Light clear amber color with slight apricot fragrance, not over powering at all. One complaint is there was a little too much carbonation for my likes. DeadGirl (243), West Palm Beach, Florida, USA

Nose is light and airy, with real apricot in the effervesence. Flavor is similar. Drinkability: Clean, refreshing, and easy. Unfortunately there’s not much to it, mild really, but that’s expected for a wheat beer. Rebuy: Yes. #206 on 21112009, DG. austinpowers (2828), New York, New York, USA

Others say the smell is there but the fruit flavor is AWOL. I’m of two minds on this beer. I see it as a cheaper version of Magic Hat’s #9. hopscotch (5558), Vero Beach, Florida, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Aug 6, 2007 Bottle… Mostly clear, golden ale with a small, fizzy, white head. Lots of apricot and pale grain in the aroma. The fruity, buttery flavor tips toward the sweet side of balance. Light to medium-bodied with a skim-milk mouthfeel and moderate carbonation. More sweet apricot and buttery diacetyl in the lengthy finish. Spent grain taste at the very end. Cheers to growler for splitting his bottle with me! gsmitty80 (653), Washington DC, USA
