The beer is filtered, so much of the aroma and flavor associated with a typical wheat beer is not present in this brew. This beer has a pleasant aroma of fresh apricots. The apricots also come through in the flavor. Very easy to drink. A nice summer beer. Miver (586), WillowStreet, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Aug 19, 2008 Draft at Brewery. Poured a clear golden yellow in color with a large white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of fruit, (peach and apricot) and a little wheat. Taste is almost tart at first with apricot fruit and a little wheat. Not much to it, but it is quite refreshing and very drinkable. unclemattie (2447), Georgia, USA

Apricot aroma almost overwhelms, body is fuller than you would expect, and a really nice unbalanced fruit flavor. I think this beer has its place in the summertime. wcampbell (585), Central, South Carolina, USA

The apricot flavor goes really well with the wheat taste. Lacking complexity though. Wheaty and fruity taste with no hop character. kassner (477), Wexford, Pennsylvania, USA

Nice golden color, good head, Apricot quite prominant, not just a hint as reported by Brewer. A little sweet but it finshes clean and would be a good drink for the purpose. ditmier (1122), Boise, Idaho, USA

Taste is very similar. The yeast and fruity apricot at front that holds out to a little fruity spice at the finish. Very easily drinkable and refreshing great in the warm weather. A reliable pleasure of mine.
