Dec 31, 2008 Bottle. Pours a dark amber with a small off-white head. Aroma is hoppy with pine and citrus hops, grapefruit, and some caramel. Flavor is caramel malts, piney hops, citrus, grapefruit and a hint of vanilla with a bitter finish.

Dec 30, 2008 12 ounce bottle shared by Alraomon. Thanks! Pours a brown tinged strawberry red color witha medium head. Very fruity hop aroma with strawberry, grape and plum notes. The taste is straightforward leafy hops. Not as fruity as the aroma but it does have some slight pineapple and grape notes, as well as some mild maltiness. Medium bodied.

Présence d’un mince col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût d’houblons résineux avec une pointe de caramel et d’agrumes. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture huileuse. Moyenne effervescence en bouche. Arrière goût légèrement houblonné. (Rating #2048)

Nov 19, 2008 Poured a deep red/garnet color with off-white head. Flavor was pine and citrus hops that were backed up by a nice dose of sweet malts, making a delicious nectar. There were also hints of vanilla and toffee that made this red ale a very enjoyable beer.
