12 ounce bottle shared by Alraomon. Thanks! Pours a brown tinged strawberry red color witha medium head. Very fruity hop aroma with strawberry, grape and plum notes. The taste is straightforward leafy hops. Not as fruity as the aroma but it does have some slight pineapple and grape notes, as well as some mild maltiness. Medium bodied.

12oz. Bottle: Aroma is a bit earthy and medium bitter. Smells of hops, fresh cut grass, and Cascade hops. Poured amber in color with a small, off-white head that diminished at a medium pace. Clear. Sparkling. Flavor is medium bitter. Tastes of Cascade hops, fresh cut grass, seaweed, funk,
Light to medium body. Watery, but dry texture. Average carbonation. Funky, grassy, skunky bitter finish. Overall, not the best IPA.
3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 HogTownHarry (4872) - Toronto (Harbourfront), Ontario, CANADA - DEC 18, 2005
Bottle (12oz). Poured clear refractive amber with a smallish white head. Aroma is wonderful - lush fresh evergreen and citrus hops, fruity and floral, some mild malt too - smells like a balsam Christmas tree. Taste is even more piney - very sharp resiny hops, a hint of sweetish roast malt, finishes sharply bitter, almost like pine needles. Mouthfeel very astringent, light body - very nice, hops are sharper and less balanced than the west coast type, but perfect seasonal IPA for me.
