Draft at The Pour House in westmont, NJ. Pours a very hazy, dark orange/copper color with burnt orange edges and a half finger off-white head that quickly settles into a thin ring. Spotty lacing left behind. Slightly vegetal pumpkin pie aroma with sweet malt, autumnal spices and floral hops. Some caramel malt and toffee along with pumpkin, allspice, clove and ginger. Full bodied with a zesty spice presence that lingers over the sweet malt notes and pumpkin purée into a slightly dry finish. Touch of floral hops with some clove, cinnamon and allspice followed by a sweet, slightly earthy pumpkin presence. More dessert like, however, with pumpkin pie sweetness, vanilla and nutmeg. Well balanced with a subtle hop presence that adds another dimension. Flavorful and very easy to drink.

Blah, blah, blah...another pumpkin ale. This one isn’t terrible, but it’s much the same as all the others. Whatever.

Drank at the Penalty Box in Scranton, Pa on tap in a pint glass. Pours a nice amber color, with very little off white head. Has a slight pumpkin flavor, not a bad pumpkin brew.

Pours a hazy reddish Amber with a slight off white head. Aroma is cinnamon and all spice mixed with brown sugar. Taste is lightly malt with a lean more toward sour than sweet. The finish is spicy without much bitterness. The finish is also dry. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Good tasting lager...yuenglengesque, but with an Octoberfest vibe. Crisp and refreshing. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 ounce bottle. Amber orange color topped by a small creamy beige head. Light pumpkin and spice aroma. Toasted malt flavor has the expected cinnamon and nutmeg spiciness. Some hop bitterness in midtaste. Nice balance. Not overdone on spices. Decent pumpkin ale.

12 oz bottle wth a BB Nov. 2014(?) date notch; so just purchased but perhaps a little past BB window. Pours lightly hazy, orange-amber in color, with a decent semi-durable head that leaves some spotty lacing. Aroma: suggest a nice mix of spices and light+medium malts. Flavor: more spices here; a bit more than ideal in that the malts are mostly masked and the aftertaste emphasizes the spices. Feel: medium-light body and medium carbonation.
