Slight fruity smell, apple flavor that’s light, just like a very light cider, low hops and malt, slightly watery, not bad just very light

Pour out of 12 oz bottle, hazy orange pour with white head, aroma brought notes of white fruit, grass, grain, some lemon, bread, hints of a herbal note as well. Taste is a mix of grass, bread, biscuit, lemon, sour fruit, some oak, touch of earth, finishing fairly tart, dry.

12 ounce bottle from BoostIPA. Just a little haze in this white golden beer. A white smallish head. A sweet fruity aroma but the flavor is much drier. It does bring some fruit but more wheat. Something unpleasant in there. It is fairly acidic. It becomes lemony. Soft pale malts are right. This is borderline tart enough to need syrup but it gets by without it.

(bottle - 12 oz) Hazy gold with a fluffy head. Very mild and slightly tart aroma but not too much in it. Dry wheat and some light hops at the start but then a nice subtle little funk coming up at the finish. Lightly bitter. Would’ve liked a bit more tartness but not bad. Nice and refreshing.

Bottle after a run. Poured a pale straw clear with thin white head and no lace Funky lactic nose, wheaty and dusty grain. Light hop oil. Light body with medium carbonation. Sweetish wheat ale with mild lactic tartness and a bit of astringency. Wheaty light tart finish and smooth after. Not as sour as other Berliners.

[Bottle (12oz)] Pours a cloudy very pale yellow-gold with an average size lasting frothy white head. Aroma starts not quite on style (to me) with some grain, pale malt, light vegetal notes and after a bit, some light sourness and citrus comes through. Flavour is better, with some lightly sour citrus along with grain, yeast and malt in the back. Average bodied. The more I drink this the more I like it but it’s still just good, we have better Berliner Weisse’s here in Ontario.

The pour is a fairly undistinguished clear yellow with a white head. Fairly generic German-American nose, unblemished by any faults but pretty damn close to some of the better macro lagers. Sour and tart as all Berliners should be, undertones of grassy hops and mineral water. They nailed the mouthfeel, super fizzy but with a feather-light body. Decent Berliner, and I gotta bump it up a point or two for how it is a) cheap, and b) available in 12 oz bottles.

Bottle - Funky citrus and grass with a salty sourness. Cloudy pale yellow with a thin almost nonexistent head. Very light citrus, funk and a slight sour finish. Very light, but refreshing.

Pours a pale hazy yellow. Taste of lemon zest. With a tart and bitter mix to finish Almost like a sparkling white wine. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
