Bottle. Pour is a crystal clear light gold with a fizzy head and aromas of lemon tartness and a little metal. Flavor is clean and lightly tart with a metallic edge and a bit of graininess. This is not an aggressive attempt at a Berliner but more of a lawnmower beer in my book. Decent but not overly interesting.

really a nice berliner overall, nothing too crazy but something you could easily drink every day.

FROTHINGSLOSH (5077) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 8, 2014
Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a hazy pale yellow color with a large creamy bright white head that lingered and left a bit of lacing. The aroma was musty and lactic with tart lemon and yogurt. The flavor was tart and tangy lemon, lactic, yogurt and salt. Long finish. Medium body. Solid.

ben4321 (4092) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - OCT 17, 2014
Location: 12 oz bottle from Superstar - Melville, 10/17/14

Aroma: The nose of this beer is wheat/spice, some lemon, and a bit of sweetness
Appearance: It pours a murky looking yellow-gold with a small, fizzy white head
Flavor: The tartness really comes out in the flavor, there’s wheat/spice, and a mild sweetness
Palate: The body is fairly light, with a lively carbonation, and it has a rather tart finish to the feel
Overall Impression: This is a decent Berliner, but not an amazing example of the style. It is still plenty flavorful though at such a low ABV. Solid.

Sour start and enjoyable however flavors are very brief and ends with little to know after taste. Would like the pucker to be a little more fulfilling.

Bottle. Pours a lightly hazed gold with a large white head. Soft lemon and a bit of acid on the nose, wheat and sweetness. Medium bodied, grainy with a little bit of lemon sweetness. Easy drinking stuff, with just a hint of acidity. Slow lemon finish with a bit more graininess. Decent.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Beer Market Jaffa. Thanks zvikar. Hazy pale yellow. Slightly weak aroma with yeast, lemon, grains, bread, some fruitiness and a bit of yogurt notes. Sourish flavor with graininess, lemon, some yogurt, bread, light sweetness, fruitiness. Light-bodied. Very mild but nice and refreshing.

basic sour Berliner Weiss. A tad thin and apple juice. A bit more sour than others I have had in the style. OK drinkability.
