Cloudy yellow color with a lasting white head, sweet citrus aroma. The taste is lemony, shortbread and tart at the same time. The corn gives a unique flavor. I could drink this all day(and night).

Bottle at a Seattle tasting. Had a complete vertical of this. Rating Batch 1, e010. Hazy yellow-gold. Lemon spice, sparkly. Great yeast balance. Headrush sour, but soft balance. Really darn tasty. More fresh versions generally had a bit darker color and more hot sourness.

Pours a medium golden color with a couple fingers of aggressive tight white foam. Nose is musky oak, light vinous fruit and some dusty lemon. Palate follows with a bigger flavor profile than the nose lead you believe. Nice aggressive carbonation keeps everything light and bright. Tannic oak, dusty lemon, citrus peel, tart stonefruit, toasted malt, soft round vanilla nuances...very cava like but more funky and delicious !

Poured from bottle to glass. Hazy orange golden hue with fizzy champagne-like white head. Aroma is lactic, oak, lemons, wheat. Mouthfeel is fantastic with a medium light body and sharp carbonation. Taste is dry sweetness followed by s nice tart sourness and an oaky finish. Overall this is a really good brew.

"Dry and somewhat aggressively sour and stinky. Love the feel, champagne like and showing no alcohol. Funkier towards the bottom. Stinky cheese, green olives and honeysuckle. Odd combo, totally works."

Old Ebay 2008 bottle, batch E!010. Glad we finally got around to drinking this. Overall this is a very easy drinking sour. Nice tartness but nothing too over-the-top. Very pleasant.

Draft at One Mile House, 2010 vintage. Really special to try this. Pours a glowing cantaloupe color with small white head that quickly subsides. Aroma is lovely, bright, soft fruit and acidity: melon, lychee, lemon zest, white wine, light Brett, oak barrel. Taste is softly sour apricot, sour cherry, melon, and white grape sweetness fading into oaky tannins. Slightly musty finish. Creamy palate. Incredible balance and a great example of what an American wild can be.

2009 vintage thanks to Bearsonacid. Sunshine pour with decent white head. Aroma is bretty and barnyard with a so nice candied lemon. Nice yeast. The blend of brett, lemon and champagne yeast flavors are great. The palate is out of this world. Rich yet light at the same time. It really succeed at being a complex tasting brew while being perfectly sessionnable.
