COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our anniversary ale, THIRTEEN is carefully brewed with raw and malted wheat and flaked oats, assertively hopped with Citra and Sorachi Ace, spiked with an addition of orange and lemon peel and vigorously fermented with an American Ale yeast. Enjoy the incandescent appearance, immense citrus aromas and flavors, soft and fluffy mouthfeel and bitter zing.

Sweet and fruity hop nose with some mint and herbs. Taste lightly sweet, moderately bitter, lots of flowers and herbs, solid citrus, light honey.I

Draft. Pours gold with a white head. Fruity, juicy, piney hop aroma with some sweet malts. The flavor has citric, piney, and floral hops, with some sweet malty balance, and a nice bitter finish. Very nice.

Draft very fresh. Pours a hazy amber body with a copper white head. Grassy and herbal tones that are even still dominated by pure fruit juice notes. Pineapples, with citrus, and crazy juicy blends. Light sugar tones of unrefined sugars and some sticky grass and spruce notes. Nice beer.

Had on tap at the brewery and was very impressed, however the bottle is anything but. Bottle from batch E!033 gushed slightly when opened and from the first pour was filled with chunky yeast sediment. The bottle was stored properly weeks prior to opening. The big hop flavor and aroma were still there but masked by the murky yeasty body. Disappointed.

25.4 oz bottle. Hazy brass with a fluffy white head. Nose is wheat, orange and lemon zest with hints of pineapple. Juicy medium body with a tingle. Lingering resiny hops and citrus peel. Taste is vibrant bitter orange, grapefruit and pepper with a touch of honey. Gets cloudy toward the end with the wheat adding some smoothness.

750 ml bottle from Capone’s. Pours turbid orangy dark straw colored with big fluffy white head and spare lace. Nose is..wow..gargantuan tangerine, florals, canteloupe, honeydew; a lot like Dreadnaught or Pliny or Troegs Jamba. Tastes very hoppy, citric, floral, with a big ruby red grapefruit taste, navel orange, black pepper, and a smooth finish. Perhaps a biy malt light, but nonetheless, this one is a hop and citrus bomb, and tastes super fresh and just drips off your watering tongue. Absolkutely delicious, but non IBU freaks and citrus freaks won’t care for this one as much as I do, and frankly, I don’t give a damn about that, Scarlett.

Pours an opaque light golden brown with slight head. Nose is not strong but bubble gum & citrus are present. First sip is malty but balanced with Citra hops and the clean with Sorachi aces hops. Nice beer.

Bottle. Pours a clear ruby-orange with barely any head. Aroma of citrus, grassy hops, sweaty hops, and light bitter spices. Flavor of grainy malts, rice, booze, and a citrusy hoppy finish. Heavy palate for a 8.9%-er. Overall, very interesting beer with a solid grainy cerealy palate and plenty of hops. 8/4/8/4/15 [3.9/5]

Thirteenth rating of this beer. I missed the draft version, but Chris from Georgetown bought a bottle to share - thank you sir! Cloudy variegated yellowish orange color. Aroma of pine, orange peel, coriander. Taste is rising bread dough and light spice. Fantastic.
