Event at Pizza Plant with rep and owner Dan. Orangey appearance with white as snow head. Aroma of citrus, orange blossoms. Creamy mouthfeel. Wild yeast in there making it tasty and satisfying, with hoppyness couched in wheat.

On tap at Ithaca Ale House, 1/13/11. Cloudy orange in appearance, looks like carrot juice. Aroma is citrus fruits, mainly oranges and lemons, perhaps pineapple. Taste offers medium sweetness and slight citrusy sour notes. Palate is surprisingly thick and creamy with a lasting bitter finish. The 8.9% ABV is well hidden; I suppose the bombardment of citrus didnít hurt in that regard. I didnít really know what to expect from this one based on the description, but I liked it to the point where when it came time for Beer #2, I couldnít pass up the chance to have another.

On tap at the tasting room at Ithaca. Pours a hazed gold with a medium to large creamy white head. Awesome lemon and pineapple notes, huge citrus notes. Citra and Sorachi Ace together? Yummy. Nice wheat notes, earthy and gritty. Malt, toast, lemon, big grapefruit. Quite nice.
