Rated on 7-28-2012 (Bottle) The appearance of this beer is a large frothy white head with a short retention, yellow hazy body, very fizzy, fast rising carbonation, and one ring of lacing. The aroma is malt, wheat, yeasty, funky, citrus, sweet, fruity, and spicy. The flavor is sweet, funky, sour, malty, yeasty, some wheat, citrus, and spice. This beer has a dry finish. The mouthfeel is lively carbonation and this beer is medium bodied. I do not care for the taste of this beer as all the different flavors do not blend together very well.

bottleshare thanks to Beechner224. Nose is fruity with lemon and a touch of funk. Taste is similar with a bit of funk. Thin mouthfeel. Pretty good.

Bottle share thanks to beechner224. Mostly hazy pale orange yellow color, large white head. Sweet, tart, bretty, malty aroma. Lots of sweet and tart brett like character in flavor, crisp, refreshing, effervescent, slightly barnyardy.

Bottled. Yellowish golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is grapefruit, some mild spices, sour wood andf mild earthy notes. Flavour is fruity, floral, citrus, some yeast and mild spices. Balanced, and actually rather refreshing, even though itís a rather big beer.

Savor. The guy pouring it, said that this was a young batch, and as it ages, it takes on a good sour flavor. I didnít get much out of this young beer. I need to try and find an older batch.

Drank it with Alessandro out of a bottle. Itís rather complicated. We were really ambivalent: itís rich, exceptional, and has much to tell. BUT: itís too unbalanced, noisy, there is to much yeast in the nose. We compared it with 12 tone music. Itís strange, unusual, itís beyond reach. We didnít fully understand it.

Bottle share @ Surly Darkness day 2013. Hazy orange/yellow with a huge frothy white head. Aroma is brett, wheat germ, grapes, and spice. Flavor is a bit sweeter - caramel malt, brett, wheat grain, earth, musty.
