I liked this muscular 750ml of white ale which gave off the aromas of yeast, orange, and cream. The first taste embodied the snap of hops while being polished by yeast and light malts. It was easy to drink with bbq chicken.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow with a fluffy white head. The aroma was sweet, yeasty, with a touch of wheat. Taste was thick and doughy with a sugary wheat sweetness. Too thick for a wheat style beer.

750 ml bottle from beastiefan2k; Apr 07, bottle 1407; Nose of wheat, yeast and corriander; Hazy yellow with a small yellow head; flavor of spices, light hop bitterness, and breadiness; Decent BSA!

In the bottle from Logan’s Pre-GABF party. Pours a very cloudy pale yellow. Delightful tastes of honey and oranges. This was yummy AND intoxicating. I could pick out lemon verbena and honeysuckle nectar. And I’m not even a bee!

Draught at Night of the Funk ’07. Pours a cloudy yellow golden with a thin white head. Nose is fruity and very clean with hints of brett. Flavor tastes more like a regular belgian golden ale--no brett noted. Pretty good, but expected a bit more funk.

(Draught) Pours a light hazy golden body with a small white head. Aroma of peaches, florals, apricot, light florals, and pineapple. Flavor of pineapple, citrus, biscuit, and lemon with a dry, somewhat bitter finish.

Pours a hazy yellow color with a medium white head. Nice aroma of lemon, spices and yeast. Solid flavor of spices, lemon and yeast, it’s dry in the finish. The body is light to medium with a creamy texture and moderate carbonation. Very good, it feels a lot like a tripel.

Bottle shared with mds, HogTownHarry, blankboy and tupalev - HogTownHarry’s bottle. Slightly hazy light golden colour. Aroma of tropical fruit with sharp wheat and lemon notes. Crisp body. Flavour of fruit and wheat - starts OK, but gets too boozy as it warms.
