Big grapefruit hoppy, tangy citrusy, spicy, dry belgian yeasty, wheat malty flavor with a fairly dry finish. Pretty nice brew.

3/4/12. 750mL bottle via cbfobes! Hazy light orange, almost golden, pour with a GIANT barely off-white head that sticks forever - pour more carefully than you think you need. Slightly funky, spicy Belgian yeast aromatics with tart lemon peel and touches of light sugars. Nice flavor with tart citrus, bits of phenolic spices, more tartness (not overtly sour, mind you, moreso funky) with lemon peel and more. Tasty!

750. Pours a hazy apricot with a pretty big fizzy/fluffy head. Aromas are interesting at first, but fade a bit right after popping the cap. At first I thought this was going to be a huge bretty barnyard dealie. After that cleared, a little lemon, but mostly pears and honey and a little mustiness. Flavor is kinda washed out like that... like it wants to be more assertive, but just didn’t get there. It’s good enough, but I was expecting this to be much more interesting.

Pours a clear bright golden. Huge, billowy head, with chunky lacing. The aroma is yeasty, apples, sourness, grassy, wheat, and some Bretty funk which is contributing suede, wet leather, earth, and some distant barnyard. The body is light to medium, with spritzy carbonation. A very nice sourness, with herbal and apple cider like notes. The finish is dry and earthy, hints of mushrooms and more leather. Has a very well rounded mouthfeel. Very complex, yet it feels rustic, outside the box, and a great showcase of Brettanomyces. This could be classified as a "wheat saison".

750 mL bottle. Pours a hazy, cloudy gold/orange color. Thick white head settles down to a thin film over the liquid. Aroma has smells of wheat, yeast, some citrus fruits and a little sourness. Really notice the sourness on the sides of the tongue and back of the throat. Medium-ish body, dry finish. Not bad, worth a try.

Pours an opaque pale yellow with a thin whitd head...decent lacing. Aroma is definitely wheaty...smells like a wit with brett. Flavor has a nice mild citrus...orange and lemon...wheaty...notable brett...a champagney note. Mouthfeel is pretty light and thin...finish has bretty citrus and wheat that lingers.
