This was probably my favorite beer of the evening at the Blue Tusk in Syracuse. Very floral, very. I usually like my hops a little more on the citrus west coast side, but this was damn impressive. Big and bold without being overpowering in any way. Solid beer Ithica, solid beer.

On tap at Cock and Bull in Cinci. Pours a deep golden orange with a thick creamy off white head. Aroma is very freshly citric, reallt nicely fruity with mango, tangerine, pineapple and grapefruit. Nice soft hops come through along with the fruitiness. Flavor is much the same, strong fruitiness along with a solid malt backbone. Very fresh and refreshing. Slightly bitter in the finish by still very fruity. Medium body and a zesty carbonation. Really good IPA for those who aren’t hot on bitterness, and very refreshing and easy drinking.

bottle. Not sure how old this is. Pours orange with a white head. what seems like a nice piney, grapefruit hop character has all but faded to a caramelly melon booze mixture. Will rerate if i get a fresh bottle.

Great aroma of citrus, flowers, caramel. The appearance is a clear orange, white head. The flavor is caramel, flowers, grapefruit. The mouthfeel is a little on the thin side of medium. The finish is a nice citrus hoppiness. Decent, if not outstanding IPA.

Bottle, pours a hazy orange with fluffy white head. Aroma, Strong citrusmostly grapefruit with soft floral accents. Taste, bursts with huge citrus - graoefruit flavor with a fruity sweetness, lotsof tongue tingle and a very dry mouth finish. A good beer

12oz bottle -pours a rich off white head that laces and amber color. Aroma is sweet peach/lemon, some medium malt-caramel. Taste is sweet pineapple/peach/lemon hops. As it warms some herbal, secondary medium malt-caramel.

Hazy copper body with a bubbly white head. Nose has fresh hop in grapefruit and is balanced by malt that reminds of packaged crackers or grain cereal. Flavor is similarly hop heavy, but there is more caramel and malt to balance than the nose. Flower Power exhibits an oily, moderate-lengthed finish with light salt and a sweeter mango note than is found in the nose. Rather enjoyable and balanced, though nothing is aggressively mind-boggling.

Enjoyed from a 12oz bottle in a pub glass. The beer pours a light to just-short-of-medium amber color, with a frothy white head. The nose brings very strong character of citrusy west coast hops. The palate is definitely hop-forward, bringing a strong bitterness on the front end, a mix of pleasing but hard to nail down malt character and hop flavor (Simcoe?) in the mid-palate, and a nice semi-dry semi-estery finish that lasts several minutes. The drinkability of the beer belies its high abv. Overall, very nicely crafted. A well-kept secret from Ithaca.

On tap at Cambridge Common, Cambridge MA, October 2009. Hazy amber. Big grapefruit hop hit on the nose. Even more on the palate. Pine & resin too. Lightish mouthfeel. Lingering tart bitterness. Good.
