I honestly don’t understand the outstanding ratings on this IPA. It is a good, but not great citrus-forward IPA. Some tropical notes. Pours hazy amber with plenty of lacing. Nose has bug bright lemony notes.

12 oz bottle I got as an extra in a trade from some time ago. The pour is a foggy golden orange, with a decent cap of white head and a pretty solid lace. The aroma is very malty. There is a light, sweet floral hop up front to go with some tropical fruits. The hop presence is dank and wet. The malts really come into their own and take over on the back end, keeping a little fruitiness, but for the most part, it's just sweet. The flavor is bitter up front, but then it moves through a sweet malty mess. It's bitterly sweet, and the hop goes away. The fruit is just a hint. The mouth feel is thick and syrupy with a soft carbonation and a lingeringly sweet finish. This is not that great of a beer ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle@ The Anderson’s / Columbus OH --- Aroma of malt and hops. nice. Cloudy medium orange amber, fluffy white head, streaks of lace. Taste is clear malt that adds fizz and citrus hops on the swallow. Everything drifts smoothly through a satisfying finish. Weird label, but good brew.

Clear, orange colour with big, rocky head. Nice lacing too. Intensive aroma of fruits (grapefruit, mango, some white fruits), herbal note and some resin on background. Very complex anfd refreshing at nose. Taste is light to medium sweet, over medium bitter and light dry with long fruity finish. Soft carbonation. Over medium body. Really good, full of fruits IPA.

Appearance: pours with a small off white head, the beer is a light gold color, Aroma: flowers, biscuit, faint, Taste: floral, strong bitterness with an equally strong pale malt backbone, Palate: lively carbonation, heavy mouthfeel, bitter aftertaste Overall: tried at a bar from a frozen cocktail glass because that was the only glasses they had, a solid beer but could use some more character from the hops besides bitterness, we’ll balanced ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
