3.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
12 oz. bottle served in a Firestone Walker tulip. Best before May. Big thanks to cosmicevan and iadler for sending some bottles my way.
A: Pours a clear orange color with a white head forming on the pour. It recedes slow to a thick cap that leaves some sticky sheets of lace behind. Looks great.
S: Nice orange citrus. Some sweet jammy notes with some a pale cracker malt backbone.
T: Same citrus orange with a little orange peal. Nice cracker malt backbone with a mild hint of leafy hop bitterness.
M: Medium to light bodied with a medium carbonation level. Small hint of bitterness on the finish.
O: This a really nice beer. At 7.50% it doesn’t get into that threshold of being to boozy to have more than one which is great. Definitely glad I have another bottle in the fridge!

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Light hazy pour with a thin white head. Stinky melon and garlic hops, light fruit, and a light pale malt base. Taste is the same, with more dank and garlic notes. Dry, herbal/grass finish. Real pungent. Smooth and medium carbonation.

Pours golden orange with two finger white head that hangs around for awhile leaving some lace. Aroma is light floral and big citrus with orange and a little bit of grapefruit, nice caramel malt backbone hanging in there too, very good aroma. Taste is nice citrus and a bit of pine and floral, a bitter linger, mouthfeel is creamy. Very good IPA.

18.06.2013, tap @ Blind Tiger Ale House NY:
Small shortlasting head. Aroma is fruity, lots of hops, leafs, newly cut lawn, caramel malts, some pine needles. Taste is fresh grassy, hops, newly cut lawn, leafs, pine needles, caramel malts. Longlasting bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel. Nice one, but still not my kind of beer.

Purchased a 12 oz bottle from Local 44 bottle shop in Philadelphia. This beer is aptly named as taking in the aroma makes you feel the hop flower dancing on your tongue. You can really tastes the hops with each sip. This is an interesting IPA.

firkin tapped at Whole Foods, Plymouth mtg room temp. Wow. Aroma like a bouquet of flowers, apricots and tangerines. Pale and unfiltered. A watery thin ipa with adry, tart bitterness lingering at the finish thanks to the dry simcoe hops.
