Elegantly traditional and rich in its’ hop character, this India Pale Ale is thirst-quenching and soul-satisfying. Each sip delivers a bounty of herbal and floral hop character, balanced by the fruity signature of our house yeast.

( 12oz bottle thanks to zdk9) Pours a clear dark yellow with nice oily bubbles but no head and great lacing. Nose of chlorine, bright citrusy hops, spicy and honey. Taste is lightly bitter hops, oily body, sweet malts and quite nicely balanced. Enjoyable, but hard to get past the chlorine nose. Did they filter this city water??

On tap at the Blue Tusk. Standard amber pour....white head. Very acceptable citrusy hop nose......equally adequate hop and malt backing. Proper bitterness throughout...all the way to the finish. Not outstanding but quite good.

Pours a amber color a nice white head to it. Has a citrus hoppy smell to it. Has a citrus taste up front but a very hoppy bitter finish. Seems more like a double IPA

UPDATED: SEP 6, 2010 Absolutely love this beer. Pours a nice golden brown, crystal clear. Foamy white head that lasts forever. Smell is slightly floral, hoppy, pine. Delicious taste...hops up front, nice bitter finish, slight citrus. Not really sure what else to say, the taste speaks for itself. One of my favorite IPAs, very simple.

Bottle. Pours a clear deep amber color with a thin white head. Nice balanced floral and malt aroma. Taste has an aggressive resinous hoppiness to start and lingers throughout to the mild finish. Pretty good IPA.

This beer is all about the hops although it seems to have found itself a very nice balence which is a must for me! the smell is great and the taste and finish are near perfect the the style (that being American IPA). I will seek this out again!

Bottle via trade. Amber color with a one-finger off-white head. Aroma is floral and citrusy hops and sweet malt. Flavor is sweet pale/caramel malt, highly citrusy (orange and grapefruit) hops, with herbal qualities. Fairly bitter on the finish with a medium-full body. Not really outstanding in any one aspect, but comes together very well.

Amber pour with a slight offwhite head. aroma is piney with some biscuit and a bit of resin. mouthfeel is medium, very nice citrus/pine hop upfront, follow by sweet malt and a resinous, slightly bitter finish. pretty tastey

Slight hop aroma, with pine and citrus notes, pours a dark amber, with a fluffy white head. Nice bitterness in the flavor, with a touch of astringency. Short bitter finish, with a full mouthfeel. A solid IPA, nothing extraordinary, but solid.
