Elegantly traditional and rich in its’ hop character, this India Pale Ale is thirst-quenching and soul-satisfying. Each sip delivers a bounty of herbal and floral hop character, balanced by the fruity signature of our house yeast.

Pours a hazy orange with an off-white head. A little too orange in terms of an IPA ( Why this is I do not know). The aroma is very pleasant...citrusy, sweet, hoppy. However, the taste is a little too sweet for me. This is not a particularly well balanced beer. It is sickly sweet to begin with then finishes very fizzy and bitter. Good overall, probably very good for many, but as I wrote earlier, just a little too sweet and unbalanced for me.

Bottle, has a orange-copper pour with some amber hues, I see some haze, made a creamy-foamy slight off-white two to three finger head, there are generous bubbles in this brew, left generous lacing on the sides of the glass, there was no sediment in the bottle but this beer was hazy, plenty of hop aromas, floral and grassy with orange, lemon and grapefruit, faint caramel and bread in the background, flavors of grassy, pine and citrus hops with some bread and lemon, little sweetness, very dry with grassy hops that trail after the finish that leaves a herb like bitterness on the palate, very little if any sweetness, appears to be a lot of dry hoping in this beer, this is a hop forward IPA.

UPDATED: SEP 15, 2011 Pours a well carbonated light copper color with a one finger off white head. Aroma is of floral, citrus and pine hops, and a little sweet malt note. Taste is complex, with citrus, pine, and floral hop notes, light tropical fruit flavors and a little malt balance lingering in there, but the hops stay on your palate with a nice bitterness. Very good session-able IPA.

Pours a light amber. Aroma is very citrus in hops. The head is about one finger and dissipates rather quickly. The malt background is hardly there. The taste is all citrus and aromatic hops. Hearty and yet very tasty. Sort of reminds me of Pliny the Younger.

A: The pour is a orange-amber color with a fluffy white head and some nice streaks of lacing. S: The nose is nicely hoppy with some notes of grapefruit and bready malt. T: The flavors mimic the nose for the most part. A nice citrus flavor along with a touch of sweet fruit and some bready malt. The finish is decently bitter. M: The body is medium with a somewhat low level of carbonation, but that is likely due to the transcontinental journey in the growler. D: A nice sessionable IPA that I was pleased to have a few glasses of and share with a couple friends.

On cask at the Coles/Mr. Goodbar cask festival in Buffalo. Appearance: Apple cider brown, small white head. Aroma: An absolute hop bomb, flowers, fruity - specifically mango, lots of pine too. Mouthwatering. Flavour: Very sweet initially leading to a spicy hoppiness with a delightful long bitter finish.

Had on draft, pours a light amber with a white head. Aroma is dominated by pine and grapefruit, with some earthyness in the background. Taste is bitter and tangy with the grapefuit coming through nicely. Very drinkable for 8%, with a light mouthfeel and crisp but not dry finish.

Draft at Senate in Cincinnati. Pours a clear gold-amber color with a creamy off-white head that leaves a perfect ring of lace with every decreasing level. Wow, the name of this one is spot-on; a huge floral hops aroma is the first thing I noticed, along with some sweet malts, citrus, and spice. The flavor is also very floral, with the hops mixed into a bouquet of floral notes and potpourri, with notes of sweet malts, citrus, resin, and nectar. Most notes are muted by the huge floral character. Dry floral finish. Light-medium bodied, with average carbonation. Interesting IPA.
