3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draught: This one pours a very clear amber color. There was a small white head to it. The aroma was pretty good. Its main component was a flowery hopiness, with some spiciness also. The taste had a decent bitterness to it with a good medium malt backbone. Still, it really was more in between an IPA and an APA. I’d still have another, however.

UPDATED: OCT 16, 2011 2011-10-16. Crisp dark yellow-orange body with a nice foamy white head. 3+ Flavour is relatively bitter throughout, with an interesting hop profile, floral notes, modest citrus and resin grow as you go. Hoppy aroma, modest citrus and resin. 7+ Smooth average to light bodied palate is less chewy than my preference but not bad. Enjoyable, nice fresh hops. 7/4/7/3/15 Bottle from Premier Gourmet, Buffalo
2004-08-19. Golden yellow body, moderate off white head. Aroma is not very powerful, with some pleasant floral hop notes peaking through. Flavour has a pleasant bitterness with a big hit of flavour in the finish on your first swallow. Well balanced, tiny hint of sweet malty caramel in the background. Pleasant mouthfeel. Nice, unassuming IPA. 6/3/7/3/15 Bottle. Thanks for sharing Ken.

2.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
I had a draft of this at the Flour City brewfest in Rochester NY. This was too hoppy for my taste as I had expected. Hey, it was there so I tried it.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Floral, perfumey aroma with hitns of orange. Sweet and malty upfront with some piney hops and a slight citrusy sweetness in the finish. Rather subtle and solid IPA.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Vegetal and mushy plus iron and earth plus citrus and a dab of pine, this power-packed hefty bodied IPA is great - I love this brewery.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
I had this beer on tap at MacGregors. It is a nice amber color. The smell, however is very muted without much hoppiness. The taste is iniitally very nice with nice robust malt, a bit of bitterness follows, with a fresh sweet aftertaste. Minimal hop aftertaste is present. Overall average IPA.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Nice copper color, cream colored head. Milder aroma, somewhat grainy malt, a bit of hops. Nice malt backbone, very mild herbal hop flavor, missing that nice grapefruit/orange flavor. While that is the case, the hops were present for a long bitter finish, also dry. Medium body. Not bad.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
UPDATED: SEP 3, 2008 Pours a reddish amber with a nice white head that leaves moderate lacing on the glass. Malty, floral hoppy, fruity aroma. The taste of this brew has a great floral hop character which is balanced out nicely with a malty sweet start and a fair amount of bitterness toward the end. Very drinkable and tasty, thanks Dan.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
(Draught) Sampled at the Empire State Brewfest. Medium yellow head with an orange body. I found this more along the American Pale Ale style-lines with its grapefruit and orange flavours. Slightly above average.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Sampled at Empire Brewfest. Very fruity floral bouquet. Nice citrusy orange notes in there as well. Great aroma. Maybe a hint of graininess in the nose. Transparent copper color with frothy white head. Hoppy, but not overhopped. Kind of a milder IPA. Not overdone, which is refreshing.
