Bottle. Best by June 2013. Served in Spiegelau IPA glass. Golden in the glass with quickly dissipating white head. Citrus and flowers in the nose, great aroma! Hoppy bitterness right out of the gate with citrus fruit and pine. Finishes slightly dry and bitter with grapefruit rind. Sweet caramely malt balances out the bitterness perfectly. A real east coast hop bomb! Medium body with light carbonation make this 7.5 ABV IPA easy to drink. An extremely well crafted IPA. Seek this one out! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Nice aroma of apricot, pine, sweet biscuits, grapes, banana. I like the suspended solids in the hazy yellow amber. Looks a little like a hefe. Thin with generous carbonation. Mild bittering that intensifies with notes of grass and grains.

Bottle from Shaw’s. Packaged on 6/30/15. Smells like skunky Pine-Sol. Pours a hazy pale orange with a decent head. Grassy taste that lingers on the middle back of my tongue. I went from a sour to this, probably a poor decision.

Bottle into a snifter. 3.5 A: Moderately hazed medium orange color with granular particles in suspension. Two fingers of creamy white head. Retention is about average and a finger ring of lacing is left. 3.75 S: Rich maltiness with plenty of peachy fruitiness. Floral, resiny, and citrusy hops. Caramel malts to round it out. 4.0 T: Hops per above with peachy, orange, and pineapple citrus. Again strong neutral maltiness with caramel notes and light toffee. 4.0 M: Heavier medium body. Good moderate carbonation. Pleasantly creamy and super smooth. 4.25 D: Good mix of hops and malts. Great beer overall. ★ 623 characters DavoleBomb, Dec 18, 2015
