Bottle courtesy of the Tampa RB Crew. Pours a hazy yellow-orange with a big fizzy white head. Nose is some malt, some vinegar, big funky tartness, and fruit. Flavor is similar with the vinegar and tart fruit taking the lead, the woody notes following behind and some vinous notes and fruit into the finish. Nice sour beer. Body is medium and very fizzy with carbonation.

750ml bottle shared by someone at a tasting @ CCB. Hazy light red pour with some rose colored head. Nose is oak, blueberry, and earth. Quite effervescent, most likely do the the Champagne yeast. Nicely tart with funk and a slightly bitter finish.

750 mL bottle shared at the January 2012 Santa Cruz tasting at Sante Adairius. Pours a dark orange color with a pink heart and an effervescent off-white head. Aroma is more reminiscent of sour citrus than of berries. Flavor is lemony with a lambic sourness and a pleasant blueberry finish. A little funky throughout, dry and clean.

Pour from the bottle. Golden orange color with some white head. Funk on the nose. Crisp carbonation. Solid sour character with some acetic vinegar Quality. The blueberry is rather subtle on the mid palate. Not overly sweet for sure. Pretty tasty beer.

Bottle, Batch # E!032, shared by badnewsbeers. Murky, pulpy sediment-laden pink-brown papaya flesh body, thin off-white to cream head. Funky, sulfuric nose with blueberry, dust, and wet socks after the initial pour, becoming cleaner as it opens up. Tart body, funky and rather thin with subtle blueberry, in addition to cobwebs and dusty grassiness. Soapy and light. Pretty good but not exceptional.

Bottled sample (batch one) via and shared with oakbluff. Vibrant orange in colour with explosive carbonation. Aromas are of barnyard, florals, lemon peel, and dark cooking spices. Loads of funk and sour lemon in the mouth, along with briar patch and nettles. Fleshy blueberries appear on the back and creating a very morish finish. Sour and savor. Very nice.
