Commercial Description:
The Pale Ale boasts a fragrant aroma and assertive, crisp bitterness. This ale has a deep golden color and slightly sweet malt finish, which nicely balances its hop bitterness.

Bottle 355ml
Appearance: Poured with very large foamy cream tanned top , amber finely hazed brew.3+
Nose : Clear , crisp aromatic hops , clean citric zesty fruits with light caramel base and touch of peper.7+
Flavor/Palate : Full bodied with oily texture, hops in full swing , bitter end. Soft warmth and finish that is lacking a bit of refinement but it could be just me being picky.

Poured a weak golden color with a small white head. Aroma was grassy and metalic. Flavor was bland, not hoppy, watery and blah.

Bottle. Not enough going on here. Better than the macros but not nearly hoppy enough to be a good pale.

This is a beer that has some bite...hoppy flavor that isn’t overwhelming, a great beer to start someone on that hasn’t ventured far from pilsners

I liked this beer, much like I liked everything from Ithica. It was a very bitter pale ale. Dry and crisp. The acl. is a little low but flavor is real nice. Had this in a variety pack.
