Draft at Paradiso Dupont. Hazy to cloudy bright yellow color, white edge head. Aroma of dusty, peppery hay. Beautiful herbal flavor, nice funkiness, bitter fruit finish.

4oz draft pour at Pizzeria Paradiso Dupont. Poured a slightly hazy golden yellow color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was some nice floral notes, some earthy character. Touch of yeast, earthy. Flavor was nice floral character. Light and enjoyable.

Tap. Pours a slightly hazy bright yellow gold body with a crazy large fluffy white head that left lots of lacing. The nose is earthy and floral with great yeast influence, the aroma is all from the yeast with little to no spice present. The flavor is super light and delicate with a great mineral earthiness, I love the very minimal spice in here. Perfect light and airy body with lively and spritzy carbonation. Perfect summer beer, they ought to release this in bottles.

Growler from brewery. Golden orange pour. Bubblegum, orange driven citrus. Fruity yeastiness with a light touch of funk. Slight perfuminess. Decent

Pouring at BCTC. Pours a hazed gold with a huge white head. Big musk, soft phenolic funk. Big and dirty. Sweet, medium-bodied, light malty sweetness. Wheat, gentle musk, soft and funky into the finish. Neat stuff.
