Growler. Thanks to HogTownHarry. Appearance: light orange with a small snow white head, small amount of carbonation. Aroma: Super cat piss (GOOD), lots of pine, lots of citrus fruit, beautiful. Flavour: Woah ammonia (again, in a good way!) sticky, lots and lots of mango, just a cat piss bomb, wow, good amount of malt in the finish. Delicious!

On tap at Alehouse in Ithaca, NY. Pours a nice gold with white head. Taste is very hoppy, very citrusy....classic American IPA. Nice crisp, clean finish with a good bitterness. Really a nice IPA, right up there with their Flower Power.

On tap at Lazy Boy. Pours hazy yellowish orange with white head. Aromas of mango, tangerines, floral hops, and some malt. Flavors of mango, sweet citrus, light pine, hops, some belgain spices, but not a lot of brett. Tasty and unique IPA.
4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 pantanap (3202) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - SEP 2, 2010
Growler. Thanks to Sean and alex for sharing... Pours a mostly cloudy/opaque dark caramel orange pour with a thin to medium soapy white head... Aroma of pineapply fruity Brett presence alongside some orange and tangerines citrus hoppiness... Flavors are pretty juicy and fruity with a sweet tangerine component that meshes with the pineapply earthy Brett presence. Very little bitterness from the hops overall surprisingly which seems to be attributed to all that Brett. Not dry by any means as well. Adequately carbonated with good body. A really nice bretted ipa.
4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 nickd717 (3396) - San Francisco, California, USA - SEP 1, 2010
UPDATED: OCT 21, 2010 Growler thanks to soulforpeanuts. Pours clear amber with a nice large bubble whitish head. The aroma has loads of brett - funky with orange and grapefruit notes. Very good flavor. Bretty funky with a little lemon and orange peel, caramel malt, grapefruit, and pineapple. Medium-bodied and not at all syrupy with low carbonation, which I can’t fault considering it came in a growler. Really good beer overall. Innovative.
4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 j12601 (5722) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - AUG 31, 2010
UPDATED: SEP 4, 2010 Pouring from their booth at BCTC. Pours a hazy and cloudy amber gold with a thin white head. Huge juicy grapefruit and citrus. A bit thinner than expected, just on the thin side of medium bodied. Super juicy hops, sweet and earthy. Long slow grapefruit and quinine bitterness on the finish. Well done. Rerate numbers (up 1 in palate, 2 in overall)- had this a few more times now due to it being on tap at Half Time for growler fills. There’s a really great lemony brett note in the body that either hadn’t appeared a month ago at BCTC, or that I missed (a big possibility due to the amount of beers being sampled that day and the small amount of SF that I got). Crisp and clean, really nice stuff. Hopefully this becomes a regular beer for at least one of the five or more breweries involved in making it (which seems rather unlikely, but a guy can dream no?).
4.6 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20 hopson (635) - Williamsville, New York, USA - AUG 26, 2010
draft at coles, buffalo NY- Deliciously hoppy- huge, green, fresh hop aroma- fresh, pellet hop aroma, somewhat grassy, piney, and citric- citrus, grapefruit flavors dominate with a touch of belgian funk in the background- it will be interesting to see how the brett changes the beer over time, but doubtful it will last long enough in kegs to find out- even non-beer people i was with loved this beer.
4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20 yobdoog (1888) - Woodridge NY, New York, USA - AUG 12, 2010
What a great collaboration brew. Hazy golden orange color with a dense head. Aroma is sweet, seems chewy already and didn’t even taste it yet. Nice spice aspect and belgian yeast with a touch of dryness and brett. Fairly complex for as drinkable as it was. Aroma has some citrus and herbal quality to it too. Flavor is very balanced. Pine, citrus, very floral hops and caramel sweetness with yeast and belgian spices. Finishes clean and dry with some citrus and brett. Very drinkable, awesome.
